Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in our 250,000 sq ft facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Address operational issues proactively and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company security procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
