Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and communicate a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with the company's vision for the next three years.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance product efficiency and user experience.
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design scalable cloud architectures capable of supporting next-generation workloads and ensuring high availability.
- Manage Engineering Budgets: Allocate resources effectively across R&D, hiring, and operational expenses to maximize ROI.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Implement agile methodologies and encourage a mindset of continuous learning and experimentation within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive technical role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into business strategies (specifically AI and Web3).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
