Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology and Innovation Roadmap.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-generation products.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to inform strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within Technology Strategy or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through digital transformation and future-tech adoption.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and emerging hardware trends.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
