Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the architectural vision and strategic planning for our 2026 technology stack, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and executive leadership to translate complex technical requirements into scalable business solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the transition to next-gen cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to secure cutting-edge resources.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define and execute long-term technical roadmaps with a focus on future-proofing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
