We are seeking a visionary Head of Future Strategy to lead the technological evolution leading up to 2026. At Temporal Dynamics Inc., we are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. You will be responsible for defining the technological landscape, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable for the next decade, and integrating cutting-edge innovations like AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech into our core ecosystem.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract futuristic concepts and executable product roadmaps. You will work closely with C-suite executives and R&D teams to prototype solutions that will define the user experience of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly deliverables.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in emerging fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Prototype and validate futuristic system architectures to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies for integration into our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 'future-proof' coding standards and methodologies.
- Manage a team of futurists, data scientists, and systems architects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering forward-looking products.
- Expert knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and distributed system architecture.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical implications of future tech (e.g., AI ethics, data privacy).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
