Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision and roadmap, aligning business objectives with long-term growth.
- Conduct rigorous market foresight and scenario planning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of long-term strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Present complex strategic data and future projections to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets to accelerate the 2026 growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term (5-10 year) strategic plans.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience with forecasting tools and business modeling software.
