The Role
As our Future Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for the company's technology stack.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align on long-term roadmaps.
- Predict and mitigate potential risks associated with future market shifts.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership in a compelling and clear manner.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future initiatives.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons focused on 2026-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, or IoT is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is a plus.
