Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the company's 5-year technology roadmap, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish a global framework for AI ethics, ensuring responsible innovation and compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Partnerships & Acquisitions: Identify and acquire disruptive technologies through strategic partnerships, venture scouting, and M&A activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical visions and roadmap projections to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or executive consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or emerging computing paradigms (e.g., Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value and ROI.
- Network: Strong network within the global tech ecosystem, venture capital community, and research institutions.
