Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the organization, with specific milestones leading up to 2026.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including product, engineering, and executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Identify emerging trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary AI models and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations in AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI projects and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up.
