- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future market landscapes
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive trends affecting global industries
- Design resilience strategies for business continuity amid technological singularity challenges
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
