Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on AI integration, predictive analytics, and next-gen computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) before market launch.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards by 2026.
- Identify strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles.
- Communicate complex technical vision to C-suite executives and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy or high-growth scale-ups.
- Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology adoption.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ethical implications of AI deployment.
- Strong background in cloud architecture and quantum computing readiness.
