Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic vision for our AI capabilities, aligning technical milestones with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Market Intelligence & Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends, competitor capabilities, and regulatory shifts to position Nexus Horizon as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members, translating jargon into clear value propositions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and product strategists.
- Partnership Development: Identify and nurture partnerships with AI research institutions and technology vendors.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the budget allocation for AI initiatives and ensure project delivery meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI/ML leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product and technology roadmaps for major organizations.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
