Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology strategy, focusing on AI integration, predictive analytics, and next-gen web infrastructure.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the deployment of AI agents and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering and product team focused on innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with external research institutions to stay ahead of trends in Quantum Computing and Edge AI.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the 2026 strategy delivers measurable ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Data Science principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic architecture certification is a plus.
