Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
