Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for large-scale generative models and ensure high availability.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing integration, and edge AI to drive long-term product innovation.
- MLOps Optimization: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines for production-grade models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies for generative outputs.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
