Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI/neurotech implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year maturity
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience scaling technology pilots to enterprise-level solutions
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level technology briefings
