Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects
- Strong background in API-first design and microservices architecture
- Experience with agile development and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
