Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing applications or synthetic biology integration
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and strategic modeling tools
