Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with global megatrends
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D grants
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Present findings to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, AI, Biotechnology, or related field
- 5+ years in advanced R&D or innovation leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals
- Proven track record of securing research funding
