Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological disruptions through 2026 (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise architecture
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present disruptive technology insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech conferences
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, biocomputing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certifications in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting and implementation success
