Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futures research or emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/AI convergence or similar tier
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Trendalyzer)
- Deep expertise in blockchain scalability solutions and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Foresight (SF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
