Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead high-stakes R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation labs
- Present disruptive tech roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab through patent development and prototype acceleration
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across Fortune 500 client ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in futurism or R&D management
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
