- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into commercializable innovations
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business analysts
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and emerging market dynamics
