Responsibilities

- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario-planning frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with tech innovators, research institutions, and venture capital partners
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to continuously monitor technological shifts
- Drive cultural initiatives to foster innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership or patents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (preferred)
