Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios using scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovation initiatives aligned with long-term strategic vision
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for transformational projects with measurable impact
- Foster a culture of innovation by engaging stakeholders in future-focused workshops and ideation sessions
- Monitor global competitive landscapes and regulatory changes to anticipate opportunities and threats

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their implications
