Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Produce scenario analyses for regulatory shifts and ethical AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for experimental technology incubation
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks with policymakers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market opportunities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech councils
