Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum applications and AI ethics
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining technology products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and C-level executives
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development frameworks
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
