Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage in emerging markets
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for disruptive futures
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for technology adoption curve acceleration
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions with beta user cohorts
- Author whitepapers and industry reports on technological convergence impacts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, SWOT-X)
- Deep technical understanding across AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or patented innovations
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to enterprise deployment
