Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature requirements.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program to fast-track your technical and professional growth.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to propose innovative architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
