Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to create next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological shifts and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and investor expectations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present future-vision frameworks to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technologies and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFS, CTP)
