Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients adapting to AI, quantum computing, and biotech revolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain an expert network of innovators, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate impacts, geopolitical shifts) and their business implications
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research role
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, cross-impact analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Strong storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
