- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., AGI frameworks, quantum applications)
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Advise executive leadership on technology adoption timelines and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of disruptive tech
