Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future market hypotheses
- Present strategic recommendations to board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or research leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of executive-level strategic advisory experience
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) highly valued
