Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic trends, and disruptive forces to develop actionable 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation projects
