Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating technological and societal disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Identify emerging technologies and their disruptive potential across 15+ industries
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present executive briefings to C-suite teams on long-term strategic imperatives
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology futures
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech foresight
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformational change
