- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce quarterly trend briefs with data-driven future-state projections
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen product concepts
- Represent the organization at future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of publishing future-shaping industry reports
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
