Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum computing applications
- Facilitate executive workshops using futures thinking methodologies to build adaptive strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Advose on innovation portfolio optimization for emerging market opportunities
- Design resilience protocols for supply chains and workforce transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTR)
