Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics and risk matrices
- Facilitate executive strategy workshops using futures thinking methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts

- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping frameworks
