Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Design ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation digital ecosystems
- Produce forward-looking white papers published in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of industry disruptors
- Interface with UN and OECD policy committees on sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and technological megatrends
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly valued
