Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author quarterly trend reports influencing $500M+ R&D allocation decisions
- Design and implement innovation incubators for 2026 product pipelines
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with 95% decision adoption rate
- Build global futurist network through industry conferences and partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of patenting 10+ innovations or launching $100M+ products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Experience with generative AI tools (GPT-4, Claude) for scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Ability to secure $250M+ in strategic partnerships
