Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual Future State reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement organizational resilience frameworks for disruptive transitions
- Mentor junior futurists and build the company's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology background
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic impact in forward-looking initiatives
