Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
