Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring compliance with 2026 global AI governance standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying neural-network-driven climate modeling solutions
- Optimize large-scale ML pipelines using distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) for high-stakes decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to pioneer hybrid quantum-classical models
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum ML frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale (>10M users)
- Deep knowledge of neural network architectures and transformer models
- Familiarity with 2026 AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
