Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to capitalize on future opportunities and mitigate risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development pipelines
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and breakthrough opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios persuasively
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
