Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations and product development
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with C-suite executives
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to internal and external audiences
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
