Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking strategic initiatives
- Present insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
