Responsibilities

- Design innovation roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D and product teams
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Partner with policy think tanks on future-proofing regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s disruption vectors
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
