Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and their societal implications by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry summits

- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of climate resilience, biotech convergence, and digital sovereignty trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
