Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports across technology, climate, and social domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Design predictive models using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Lead organizational change initiatives for future-ready transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
