- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation

- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech ecosystems
- Design KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' future impact
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
